You guys ready for Dime's deathday tommorow? We celebrate the day Dime was shot in the head at a Damageplan concert by a crazed concert goer, Nathon Gale. He was shot December, 8th 2004. He was 38 years old.

Respect to Dimebag. RIP.

In his own right, a great guitarist, albeit overrated by many.
Death tends to do that to ya.
You could be the worst, most rotten person on the face of the earth, but at your funeral, people will still say,
"Steve was an awful, inconsiderate, nasty son of a b***h, but he meant well! He was a well-meaning b*****d."

I guess I should've said more..I mean, it sucks that Dimebag died..But it pisses me off that he got over-rated like a ********. I get sick of hearing at school

"OMG!! DIMEBAG IS BETTER TAN DAVE MUSTAINE!"

Opinion, yes, but on technicallity, no.

I also hear that he is better than YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, and John Petrucci.

All I can say is, Dimebag joined three others that went too early. Chuck Schuldiner, Quorthorn, and Roger Patterson.

i got drunk, but then again......i was gonna get drunk that day anyways since it was friday......oh well........

i agree he was good but not that good. there are plenty of guitarists that are better.
