Very basic for now, and I'll add more later today:

The first step: Basic Illusion/Hallucination. Slowly make it more complex, and realistic. Give it personality (ie a personality of its own). Give it some ability to think.

Step two: Make it into more of an enchantment. Bind the illusion to an item, maybe focus it into a stone or machine et ectera. Infuse said item and bind the "illusion/construct" with a bit of one's own soul, or some other spiritual energy. Make it an even more complicated creation by allowing it some control over the energy.

Step three (final): Find an empty body, or force the spirit out of said body... and the entity that you created is then transferred into said body. Free it of your control, and allow it to mold your soul into its very own, unique one.


From this basic idea that I've mulled over the past few days, what do y'all think?

Sounds like a very interesting and extremely dangerous idea. Experiment, just don't ******** with the cosmos too much.

Well... I don't think messing the cosmos will be much of a worry... as I'm talking about basically splitting my soul apart.


It also occurs to me that this seems a reminescent of Harry Potter...

Um, yeah. From personal experience, my recommended course of action is DON'T DO IT.

Don't don't don't don't... don't. Trust me... you don't have the "pieces" to spare, and it will affect you. Very negatively.

All under here are things I experimented myself but I don't have any proof at all about these that I could show... only my words

First a soul doesn't heal once you take a part out of it but you can always make it whole again by getting your piece back. I tried moving, a few years ago, part of my soul (which to me was a "different" energy I found within myself) into an object. The negative effect took a while to show up.
Here is the list :

Within the first few months.
-Weakenning on one's personality development (To become somewhat empty, plain... to even going emotionless)

And after a long while with only a part of a soul (for me it nearly took a year)
- Large energical trouble in the body. Sudden surge, sudden lost, weaker concentration, weaken control over the body and possibly (I didn't go that far to check..) Death.

well that it for the soul part and now for the main topic of this thread.

The creation of an Artificialy Made Soul require a lot of concentration and development depending on how much good you want to make it.
The use of your own energy doesn't work since it doesn't last much long so the use of your own soul like you said work since the energy souls are made of is eternal. Of course since you shouldn't use your soul like that(negative effect over time..) you must use another source for that "eternal" energy (I call it Universal Energy).
The easiest source is to take it directly from reality (some call that procesus to "Call upon energy" as they literally ask for it to come)

Some can leave it as a pure spiritual entity ( I heard around here that you call these Guardian or a name similar..) or you can bind it to an objet.

I personnaly created a few(9 to be exact) using those methodes but they are still very far from been as complexe as a soul is..

Actually withing the Spiritual System of plants and animal, I never found any soul..
That just a theory but I believe that it is because their Spiritual System isn't advance enough to support a soul and that the one of human's is..
