Here is where you will post your applications for a potential beta to look over. No, there is no filtering process this time, people must judge for themselves. Be warned though! I will delete posts that do not use the proper format. (Yeah yeah, how evil. I am a : Gamma I write : Original fantasy Other : Well, my spelling and grammar are not too dreadful, although technically English is my third language (although now it is the main one I speak). I enjoy scienses, and can drive myself crazy, trying to get my fantasy world into logical working order. I also get extremely annoyed when no-one around me can gice me helpful critique wither because english isn't their preffered language, or they somehow believe that I enjoy "that was a good story" better. I need someone to smack me when I get too cliche, or too technical, and to rub my nose in my occasionally strange spelling mistakes, and having a beta do that would be great!

I am a...Gamma (for now, at least). I write... Original fiction, from drama to adventure and thriller. I have also recently dabbled in fanfictions--specifically V for Vendetta and The Bourne Supremacy. Other? I'd love honest critism. Don't be afraid to tell the truth about my work or anything else. I prefer honesty above b.s. anyday.

I am a : Gamma (at least for here at the moment) I write : fanfiction for Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist mostly, with sundry others. (Tsubasa, CCS, Gundam Seed, Inuyasha) Other : I would absolutely prefer a person who doesn't read the fandoms I write and is thus able to pick out errors better. However, if you're able to read the fandom, understand what it's about and be a second pair of eyes for spelling and stuff like that, I'm not about to decline.

I am a : Gamma I write : Essays, I'm a college girl, but I love writing short stories for personal fun. Other : i r bad grammar person i am. I really do need help when I write essays for my classes. I try to correct any errors I see, but it always helps is someone else reads over my work as well. *You guys are GODS in my eyes, helped me in the past, rock on! * * Currently taken, history, and commercial art/history. And yes, we do write essays in art. My writing takes on a childish forum with real in site, think of the book, "Who Moved my Cheese".

I am a : Gamma mostly... I write/read : original fantasy or fanfiction for InuYasha mostly... Other :I love writing but I do so many mistakes from what many people tell me. I need to stop doing comma splices and better grammar, for the most part. I never indent anything and my teachers get after me for it. I have trouble with run-on sentences every now and then and capitalization. emo

I am a : Gamma I write/read : Fantasy and romance Other : I have miserable spelling and grammar. Not to mention sometimes my wording confuses people. I am good at naming people and creating characters but I am prone to serious writers block. When someone bluntly criticises my work instead of helping me I feel bad and usually stop writing for several weeks and never work on that story again. Oh and not all my couplings are heterosexual so if you are unsure just ask.

I am a : Gamma (for the time being) I write/read : original steampunk fantasy or fanfiction for Digimon, Shaman King, Avatar: TLAB, the legend of Zelda. Other (Original): Concerning my original work, I have two main stories that are in the process of developing, and I would like advise and opinions on what I have so far. I don’t intend on writing these two yet, since I’m aiming for something really serious and I want to hone them out first. Other (fanfiction): My current project, which I reaaally want to finish, is a digimon fanfic (and I say that with pride!). I have quite a bit of it written down, but the way the story progresses, and how things are told, somehow feels very wrong to me, and I’d really appreciate somebody’s input on it, even if it’s just a little.

I am a: Gamma I write: Original Fiction (urban fantasy). Other: I'm very good with spelling and grammar, so I don't need much help there. What I really need help with is keeping the story well-paced, engaging, and free of plot holes, as well as some character development. I can take harsh criticism, but I'd also want a little positive feedback when my beta actually likes something about the work. Honesty's important.

I am a : Gamma I write/read: Original fiction. My current project is sort of sci-fi, if it makes sense. I LOVE writing about zombies, and fantasy/sci-fi. Other : I definitely need assistance with concentration and focus. I would worship you if you've read Max Brooks' Zombie Survival Guide, and/or his World War Z, as most of my zombie stuff tends to draw from him.

I am a : Gamma
I write : Historical fiction
Other : As a gamma, I am more worried about consistencies in plot and character than grammatical and spelling errors. However, if you find said errors, feel free to correct them. I would like a beta who operates in a way similar to my own. If I wanted to have my a** kissed, I'd show it to my friends. However, if you really love something I've done, feel free to tell me so.
