I write/read : Fanfiction: InuYasha, Gundam Wing, Full Metal Alchemist, Saiyuki, Wild Adapter, Bus Gamer, Just, W Juliet, Dragon Knights, Marmalade Boy, Kodocha, Yami no Matsuei, Kaikan Phrase, Dears, Fushigi Yuugi, Imadoki, Alice 19th, Ayashi no Ceres, and several more. PM me the series and I can tell you if I know it or not.
Other : I'm fairly lazy so I tend to need a poke every once in a while. XD I also specialize in character development and taming down Mary Sues. Grammar and spelling = not my strength sorry. If you have problems with character developments, especially keeping characters in character. So look me up if that's your weakness.

I read so very, very much. I'm probably not Paula Abdul in reviewing work, but I'll be constructive, so it's worth it. I know from experience that even the best stories come back from first editing covered in at least a few pen's worth of red ink. So there's always hope. Other than that...

I read... Everything. It's not the genre that really matters to me, but the content of the story itself.
Other: I will try to be as honest and helpful as I can in my assessment of your story. I'm not immune to sweet-talking, but keep in mind that if I honest-to-goodness believe your story is terribly flawed, I will say something about it.

But honestly? I'm not an a*****e. I'll be honest in my criticising of your story, but I'm not going to be mean. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

I write/read : Fantasy/Sci fi/pretty much anything. I tend to stay away from fanfiction but I'm not opposed to it.
Other : I'm a nit-picky beta. I will go through a piece of work line by line. I'm not harsh though. I take pride in being constructive. 3nodding

If you want opinions on scripts and screenplays, I can help you there too. I'm a film major, and have been writing plays for four years now.

Oh, one more thing. Maybe it's my eyes or maybe it's the monitor, but whatever the case, I find it really difficult to read something if it's more then say 8 pages long in Word. I could do it in chuncks, or I could just beta specific parts, but don't send me a complete novel. I just can't do it. My eyes bug out and there's no way I'm wasting my ink and paper so I could read your novel.

I write mostly science fiction and fantasy, but I'll read just about any original fiction.

I'm in college right now studying to be a creative writing major (what are the odds?) and I'd be more than happy to read over anyone's work. I'm literally an obsessive-compulsive grammar fiend (I write all my IMs and e-mails with unerring capitalization and punctuation), and this is a good way to channel that quirk towards something positive. I'm not squeamish about swearing and gore and topics of similar ilk, and I'll do my best to analyze/critique not only the plot but also the dialogue and characterization, my two favorite facets of writing.

I read : fanfiction for Voltron, Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs, Star Blazers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Swat Kats, Biker Mice From Mars, Ronin Warriors, Gundam Wing, Inuyasha, Zoids, Rockman.EXE/Megaman NT Warrior (the Rockman Universe in general.)
Other : I've taken several years of writer's classes and have had items published in the local newspaper before. I believe in a rule of writing with real world rules intact and keeping characters as in character as possible. And though I don't mind AU's I like them only when marked appropriately. While spelling is not my forte I do love my spell checker (and use it often) when writing and editing. I will correct grammatical errors as well as character flaws (as long as I know the character) as well as flaws with the world/setting (world building) and other items. I don't mind yaoi/slash and I will beta any rating fic or graphic fic even if I don't care for the characters or pairings. I'm pretty flexible in that. I also will be brutally honest when I beta so if you don't like honest concrit I might not be the beta for you.
