Do you think its good for dogs to ware clothing?

It depends. If it is just for fashion, no.

But if it is a short-haired dog, and the weather is cold. Then a sweater might be good. Also with breeds like the greyhound, which have no body fat and short hair. Then they really should wear a sweater in the cold.

My Pit Bull puppy has loads of clothing. She's very shorthaired, so the cold weather is hard on her.

She has a sweater which she just wears around the house, plus a couple T-shirts. She has an Animal Wrapper coat and a heavy duty Ruffwear coat, plus boots. I need to get her something to cover her legs, as well as a raincoat.

No, she's not spoiled. xD

Not spoiled at all. xp Lucky pup.

If it's for the dog's sake then I see no prob with clothes. My dog used to have a coat for the cold weather; she was a short/smooth coated JRTXFox terrier so it was beneficial for her, especially if we were out in bad weather.
When it's more to satisfy some persons' sense of humour though....that is just irritating. Especially if the dog does not need or like it.

Honestly, I'm thinking about buying Mick a coat--even though we're in Georgia, what cold there is is really hard on him. He gets cold so easily now.

I've no problem with it for actual protection against the elements, but for fashion it's just stupid.

I do have to admit, I take into consideration what stuff looks like on Riddle. xD For instance, her green vest keeps her warm and toasty, but I bought it mainly because it looks great on her.

I've got booties for my dog, but they're functional more than stylish.

And a coat he never wears because we tend to forget about its existance.

Izzie always seems to be warm, but I tried to buy her an "I heart Legs" t-shirt and they were sold out gonk
I want to get her some others too, because they would be very funny xd

My dog has one coat for when it's cold out but she doesn't have an under coat like most breeds. The clothes dogs should were should be utilitarian or possibly the occasional costume like maybe twice a year.

I see no harm in it.

I have to admit: I'm a dog-clother.

I sewed my Chihuahua a hoodie for the winter, because she's a constant shiverer and I was getting nervous about it.

But I've bought her cute little items that don't warm her, but look cute on her. I don't see the harm in it; she doesn't seem to mind and it's not as if the clothing is hurting her physically, or taking away her dignity.

And people who think that clothes do the latter, I feel are being a little too uptight.

I do not think that there is anything wrong with it. I have two minature doberman pinschers, lol LOL lol just joking. Anyway, I have two minature pinshers and a shiz-tzu who love to wear clothes. They will pick up their sweaters and bring them over to one of my familey members and wait there untill we put it on them.

Yeah, Riddle gets pretty happy and wiggly when I break out a coat- She knows it means she'll be getting warmer. :3

My whippet cross Penny gets pretty shivery in bad weather, even though somewhere down the line she's aquired quite thick wiry fur, so we got her a little red jacket for when it's really cold. She loves it!
