So, I'd just like to say that the only reason I'm away from Twilight Princess right now is because I'm so tired I could go for a nice coma. At 3 PM I got in line for a Wii (as #8 out of 51 units to be sold.)
I live near Chicago. It was snowing.
And we were a massive pile of about 15 people with about 10 blankets and 7 chairs. It was insane. My windshield wipers got frozen to my car and it took a bit of warming up before it started.
Pretty awesome night, gotta say.
I came out at 8:30 AM with a Wii, Twilight Princess, and somehow the strength to game.
So, enough about my night. Does anyone have stories they'd like to share?

I haven't played Red Steel yet. I was so excited to get that game, but I've been hearing from everyone that it was bad. :[

We (Dad, brother and I) went to line up at 1AM, and managed to snag the last unit, lucky us.
The story before deciding to line up was actually pretty funny. My brother and I were kind of thinking if it was worth it to line up for 7 hours.
So I said I really wanted the Wii, let's go line up.
We woke up my dad and he said, "Are you crazy?"
"...Yes, yes we are."
xD
Well, I'm glad we went, I have a Wii, Twilight Princess and Red Steel.
Twilight Princess = AWESOME LOVE

I've had twilight princess reserved for a year now stressed stupid thing was supose to come in november.... ah well, it will be worth it when i play it heart xd

My friends say I cheated because my mom's friends' housband works with the shipping company, so we payed to get one straight from the factory sweatdrop

zelda is one of the best games of the wii.
60 hour playtime. That's so long!!
And it is a good game with a good gameplay

Lets see...
On the launch date, I spent 9 hours in line for my Wii.
Then on Black Friday of this year, I spent 9 hours in line with my friend so she could get a Wii.
But people started showing up in the early morning and some guy got escorted to his car by cops because he was starting a rucus and accusing people of cutting.
Stupid old men.
