Ok! First years, listen up! I know you're all new, but you'll get used to this place. Now, this should be one of the first stops you make when browsing through the guild. You want to be sorted, right? In order to get sorted, you must answer some questions and post your quiz results in this thread.
For the questions, please answer them honestly. Let's say the question is, "What would you do if you were faced with taking a test, however, you know that you didn't study for it. What will you do? I would try to find the owner if I can; if I couldn’t find them, I would just keep.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
Assuming that she needs help, I would offer assistance to her.
3. Your friend is being attacked; you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I would go over and beat the shizznot out of the person attacking my friend, without fear of retaliation, depending on foe’s choice of weapon.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her, or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Get a group of close friends, and go after my friend without hesitation.

Anyway, you notice that there is blood around the mythical creature. Upon further inspection, you see that the mythical creature has a wound. You also know that the mythical creature is going to die. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. I would probably let nature take her course, but after it died, I would take the animal and keep it from Muggle sight. If it wasn’t going to die and there was the slightest chance of saving it, I would look after it and try to keep it as a pet.

I have enough money. That little bit would make no difference. Let the police find the owner.

I'd probably just keep going. If I had no where I needed to be (fat chance) I'd help her a little of the way.

I'd fight, too! I'd be the better fighter, anyway. And with magic, I'm the only one who knows how to apply it correctly to the attacks of the opposing.

I'd go after them myself, maybe with one other person who knew how to fight well but also how to be sneaky. And it would be a definate plus if they were influential enough to get us past anyone who spots us.

If I was muggle, I'd look around to see what I could do for it to maybe help it, and call someone on my cell phone.
If I was a wizard, I'd have a way to communicate with a trusted ally, so I'd contact him so he could look up what to do or pop over to help. In the meantime I'd use spells to soothe its suffering.

If there was an ID then it would be extraordinarily easy for the police to track them down. That is what I would do.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with alot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ingore her? What will you do?
I would help her of course, no doubt. If I were in her shoes I would be most indignant at the lack of help I was receiving.

I would of course rush in and help them without hesitation. Then, realizing the stupidity of my rash decision, I would call for help, then continue to fight.

If the need was urgent (which I daresay a kidnapped friend would constitute as) then I would go alone. However I would try to call for backup if there was time.

I would immediately send a message to someone, perhaps Dumbledore....or Hagrid...by using my Patronus (how the order communicates) and then set out to help it in any way that I can.

I would try to find the owner myself...after all, there is an ID in it. However, if I absolutely can NOT find the person, I would allow the police to handle it.

I would, of course, offer her assistance. I am not the type of person who will brush aside someone who needs help simply because I believe MY schedule is much more important than helping a citizen in need.

I would immediately come to my friends aid. I wouldn't have stood there and watched for a bit.

I would, of course, try to relieve the poor creature of it's pain by using a few well placed healing spells. I would immediately try to contact someone, preferably Hagrid, who knows about mythical creatures and could help me help the poor creature.

Too impatient to wait for the headmaster, so myself and some reinforcments. (though maybe i would let him know someone was kidnapped?)

I would try to see if I could find the owner first and if I couldn't I'd take it to the police.

I would try to find the owner then after I would go to the police. I lost my wallet once and this person found it and gave it to the police who found me. I must give back what I have gotten.

To be honest, I would ignore her...I think I have a sort of phobia of old people.

I will help my friend of course! I am scared for my friend but not of the foe. I will think of something, like distraction for the foe so my friend will be able to triumph!

I would gather a group of friends to rescue my friend and send a dependable messanger to alert the headmaster.

Well I have my wand right? I'm quite confident in my healing ablities so I heal the animal as best as I can. Keeping in mind not to scare the animal or to hurt it even more. Then when I did that, I will take the animal as fast as I can, without injuring the creature to someone who can help.

As tempting as it is to keep it, I would turn it in, only because it would nag me in the back of my head with guilt.

I would probably ignore her. I don't like to mix my self with others like that.

Scared as I may be, I would think of a possible way to help. If I can call the police, I would. But if not, I would definatly do...something.

Go to the headmaster and hope for the best. I would ask to go with him, and if he says no, then i would gather up somefriends and go find them.

Not knowing how predetorial it would be, I would place a concealment charm over it, so that a passing Muggle wouldn't see it. (We don't any misleading tabliods, do we?) I would then go to the Ministry and tell them about the creature, and lead to the spot. (Which I marked)

If I didn’t, I would look at the address. If the house was nearby I would take it to them. If the house isn’t or there was no one home, then I would take it to the police.

Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her,or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it? I would go after my friend myself. there might not be enough time if I stop to go tell someone.
5. You are walking through what is concidered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. You take a step closer to the unknown object. To your surprise you find a mythical creature. You remember learning about them from someone, but at the moment you can't recall what you had learned. Anyway, you notice that there is blood around the mythical creature. Upon further inspection, you see that the mythical creature has a wound. You also know that the mythical creature is going to die. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say is pick carefully. Well first ill take off the jacket that I’m warring, trust me ill be warring one, I always am even in summer. Then I rip off a sleeve with my pocket knife. Its ok I have a ton of these jackets. And I wrap it around the wound like a bandage. I’m good at this, I have taken first aid like a million times. Then I place the animal into my jacket or if the animals to big I simply place my jacket around it to keep it from going into shock. Then I look around make sure there is no other danger. When the cost is clear, I run back and get my owl and send for help.
