Frenzy! I bought a cheap one at a magic shop in the Imperial City, then improved it at the Arcane University. Casting it in crowded bars/inns/taverns has the best effect, if you want to see some MASS DESTRUCTION. Try it, it's great! biggrin

Perhaps this is me, but every time I try the spell frenzy, nothing happens. I've made spells of it on touch, on target, AoE on target... still, nobody flips out and tries to kill one another.
Perhaps everyone I use it on is over level 25 (Though I doubt it)? Still, every time I try, I get no effect whatsoever. Not even against those blasted mage adepts! gonk
