There are 13 squads, each squad can have up to 20 members, excluding the Captain and Vice captain that leaves 18 seats each. The 1st seat is the most powerful, the 20 seat is the weakest. I will Randomlly select your seating, but if you dont likt it you can challange a higher seat for that postion. Be quick in claiming your squads after the seats are full you have to find another squad. The Captain can change your seat at any time if he or she feels that your seat is too high or too low, based on your skills in battle.
In the next series of threads I will provide the squads.
((If you are a Shinigami you MUST Choose a squad to be in. If you choose a squad that is full, you must find another squad))

Division 2: Special Ops. (fast, infiltration based soldiers, mostly)
Division 3: -unknown-
Division 4: Medical Assistance/Supply
Division 5: -unknown-
Division 6: -unknown-
Division 7: -unknown-
Division 8: -unknown-
Division 9: Newsletter/Publication
Division 10: Paperwork
Division 11: Battle Squad
Division 12: Research
Division 13: Archives, taking care of the Great Library
Note: These jobs were either stated or inferred from reading the manga. And yes, Shuuhei does hand out newsletters...
