The Guild's Perpetual Story
Due to the possibility of complete confusion and insanity, I require you to read this post before even looking at the rest of the thread.
The perpetual story idea is something I am sure most of you will be familiar with. People just keep adding new paragraphs, and thus it never ends. However, as it'll make little sense if everyone posts willy-nilly, I have rules - more like a guide, really. Here's how this is going to work.
There will be no posting in this thread. All entries and queries should be PMd to me.
I encourage everyone to have a try! It's only one paragraph, after all! Oh, and if you are wondering - yes, spelling and grammar will play a part, but only when two or more entries are tied.
Thank you, and have fun!

- I will provide an opening paragraph to a story. Just one paragraph.
You will PM me the next paragraph, as written by you. Just one paragraph.
Of all the paragraphs submitted in a fortnight, I will choose the best and print it up as the next part of the story. The winning writer gets credit, and 100g.

Repeat steps two and three ad naseum.
