I dunno, I never really felt the need to buy the music. But fans who film their own episodes might want it.

It would be something nice to write fanfics by--something I do a great deal. Strange things can happen when you write Doctor Who fics while listening to Broadway.

i liked the colin baker theme music - and the corny corny corny 'battlefield' music - i don't thik that's included in the past two series though...

OH EM GEE. HOW MUCH LONGER DO WE HAVE TO WAIT?!?!?!? I've been waiting for AAAAGGGGEEEESSSSS for the soundtrack!!!!!!! -shakes fist at the BBC- OH OH. Do you think it will have SONG FOR TEN on it??????

Yep it will have Song For Ten on, and Love Don't Roam (to be featured in The Runaway Bride...) and the music that played over Rose's final scenes in Doomsday... It's out 4 December.

Am I the only one somewhat concerned by "... will contribute a version of Song for Ten..."? I don't want a version of, I want the original!

Warnersister Am I the only one somewhat concerned by "... will contribute a version of Song for Ten..."? I don't want a version of, I want the original! Still, other than that, great news! Odd. Maybe the original singer (Tim Phillips) was contractually prevented from being on the CD? Neil Hannon (the guy singing the new version) sounds like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=674PtHca8KgI dunno... doesn't seem like a good fit. But it could be great for all I know.

Hey, all you North American fans!
The Soundtrack is here in the stores now!
I just bought mine at Borders. Their price is $16.99...but if you have a Borders rewards coupon you can do even better. I had a 30% off coupon so I got mine for less than $13!
