So a few weeks ago we talked about how born alive infants would not be issued birth certificates if the RCOBG got it's way. Well, now they want to take it a step further and "euthenize" children based on disablility and "other factors for babies, such as being wanted by their parents or other carers and having the potential to make some, even if small, contribution to wider society" Yep, you read that correctly. We have finally moved into the rhelm of post-birth abortion. The argument that abortion is for bodily integrity issues has flown straight out the window, and we are left with blatant infanticide. I am tempted to say that God is on His way out of the picutre and we're on our way into the Tribulation...
At one time it was said we would never see abortion at the level we do today. They were wrong.
It is said we would never see somthign liek this. I guarantee as long as people think about it, people will fight for it. "Don't liek euthinasia, don't do it." Sadly, when things liek this are thought about, the idea of a doctor mackign the desicion (not the family) is looked at as well.

That's terrible. stressed I hope that they don't get their way.
It reminds me of a book I started to read called Duty to die. It's about the slippy slope. I recommend it. In the book one of poeple they want to kill a baby with down syndrome.

I already heard about that from some, it was in some news artical.
Now that is just plain murder and they can't deny that (well people could but they know deep down that it is).
This is so wrong and shouldn't be allowed.
Just because a child has a disablility doesn't mean that they can't live a long,happy, and overall healthy life.
This world is becoming a very sick,twisted,sad world.

I don't really know what to say about this... it's very sad... the doctors who are willing to do this have experienced a life, and know how much fun you can have in one, but they're willing to kill someone who can't even say yes or no? Someone ready to get somewhere? What kind of person is that?

WTF??? I thought choosing the sex of your baby was going too far. Now we'll just kill them off if they aren't the way we like them. -.- We'll just keep pushing it a step further and a step further. Next it'll be "let's wait until they're five years old and if we don't like the way they are by then, let's kill them" and soon there'll be mass murders in the name of "sameness." Why is the real world turning more into a science fiction novel everyday??

There are contires that already do somethign similer. I beilive norway. If you are below 12 years old, and are severly ill, your parents or a doctor have the power to euthinize you.
