In the event that I'm not around, and something big happens, we need to have some form of leadership.
Well, seeing as how we have a perfectly capable crew, while I'm offline, they will act as leaders of the GIB until I can return.

A note on abuse of "power."
Additionally, if you are not a crew member, you have no authority over the other agents. It doesn't matter if there is a "council" that you decided to make. If you haven't been given authority by me, you don't have any, and you don't outrank anyone.

Any agents who feel that a member of our organization is overstepping his or her authority, please contace me or a crew member immediately.

Additionally, if you believe a crew member is acting irresponsibly, contact me directly and I will investigate it.
