Annyx was a former agent, and quit the GIB after going off, without permission, to flame an alien-lover thread.
Then he came back and spied on us. He logged out shortly afterwards.

Agent Morte proposes that we come up with a definite sort of protocol for town meetings to follow to prevent future chaos.

Agent Ryo (K9, he calls himself..) quit after not being allowed the floor.
I'm not sure why, but I have this feeling that he's going to contact Annyx, sir, and they're going to be trying to sneak in whenever possible. Meeting place announcements should probably be announced here from now on. sweatdrop
Also: The reporter (Terence?) was there the whole time, most likely preparing a report on the GiB. With permission, I'd like to work on GiB PR. This meeting might not look so good to the public.

Siro-chan I believe that meeting was complete and total chaos. There was a little chaos at times, but it wasn't until Annyx showed himself that things went batshiat.

Annyx was an agent from GIB, but after a recent inccident he has proven himself as a person who cannot be trusted. He went into an 'alien lovers' thread, against the better judgement of other agents, and most likely made it worse for GiB's name. He then proceeded to come in and make us look bad in front of a man who came to allie with us. He says that all aliens must be killed. He recently quit, and joined an organization that goes against GiB's denfensive nature.

I conclude that 06 and 11 were acting in direct defiance of the Mothership and we should not take their hostility seriously unless the Mothership supports it.

If..no when word of this meeting reaches public or alien ears(assuming they have ears) it wont reflect well. We need to show a strong united front or else the public and aliens will think we are weak.
