Who: YOU! (everyone is welcome to enter, it doesn't matter whether if you have a Silky Slime or not)
What: Write a Haiku! (info below)
When: From Sunday (October 22st, 2006) to Sunday (October 29th, 2006), ending at midnight PST; lasting for a week.
Where: Right here in this thread.
Why: Because Haikus are fun and you get a silky slime if you win, that's why. ^-^
More Info: The contestant who submits the best Haiku poem centered around the subject of Silky Slimes wins. Why Haikus you ask? Well, because they are short and therefore can be written up in a small
amount of time, yet they allow for a great degree of variation.
"Haiku is, today, a 17-syllable verse form consisting of three metrical units of 5, 7, and 5 syllables."
An example (pretty bad one from me):
Silky Slimes are cool;
they are jiggly and bouncy.
There's one on your head!
Pretty easy huh? If you want more info, just google "Haiku" and some nice links should come up.
Judging: Judging will be done my me and a few of my in real life friends to ensure fairness. Judging is based on following the rules for Haikus (I.E. did you have the right number of syllables in a line and that sort of thing), and creativity.
The Prize: The prize is the baby slime that results from the breeding of these two little slimes:

To Enter: Entering this contests costs nothing. All you need to do is fill out the form below with your Haiku poem. You may enter only a maximum of three poems. Good Luck!
