when is Sai's birthday........and how old is he cause there's not much info about him from the manga

He's probably around 16-17, since that's where the age group is sorta situated. He's a mysterious person, he probably doesn't care to remember his birthday or else the ROOT guys made up him a b-day. For some reason I can just see them doing that.
