An Ominous looking storm cloud was seemingly following Henna and had been for days. It might seem creepy to be followed by a cloud but what would seem creepier would be when a bolt of lightning erupted from it and projectiles like lengthened hailed fell towards Henna. When they struck the ground, boy would find himself surrounded by needles of ice that were giving off a faint steam as if they were melting in the heat of the sun, and yet they were not shrinking, nor were they dripping as they would were they melting. The Crystals Needles has claimed their bearer.

The sound of a bolt of lightning brought Brayden nearly jumping from his boots as he entered the town. However, there didn't seem to be any clouds above him... strange...
Hoping it was just the sound of a freight runner loading cargo, Brayden entered Canalave, smiling. Now this was his type of town. It still had a quiet feel to it, but was fairly lively, despite its relatively small size.

The first thing Brayden did was locate the Pokecenter, which was relatively easy, since it was on the main drag. Entering, Brayden healed his party up quickly, before inquiring about the route he'd have to take to get to Iron Island. Nurse Joy was more than pleased to comply, as she pointed Brayden across the canal that ran through the middle of town. On the far side lay the docks, she explained. That was where he'd need to go to get passage to the island.

However, he didn't delay long, considering this was a drawbridge. He didn't want to interrupt anyone'e boat passage through town. Hopping off the edge of the bridge, Brayden paused. He had been about to travel southwards, towards the docks, but a huge building caught his attention.

After a bit of searching, Brayden located a sailor who was taking supplies to Iron Island. It was perfect. After negotiating a fare for taking him, and after figuring out that the sailor would be on the Island for a while to check on a shipment, Brayden decided that was his best way to the island. He only had to make sure he was back on board by the time the sailor was ready to leave. Sounded simple enough.

Decision made, Brayden hopped on Cye, as the Feraligatr made the travel through the watery part of the route back to Jubilife. Brayden soon enough found himself back on the docks, startling a few local fishermen, as he finished the trek to Jubilife.
