I found this site the other day and I thought I'd share it with you guys.
It has over 750 J-pop uploads including Arashi. It has some of their PVs, perfs, singles, and albums

i've been downloading arashi songs from this forum: www.arashian.com

they have this download section that has its members posting links from sendspace and megaupload..
