(between 40-60) based on their online status and that there replies seem insightful. I may have jumped the gun a little bit? I just wanted to ensure we had enough members to hold active conversations before I brought down the restrictions of membership. *shame shame*

Better than losing all of you surprised *new attire* So, is 3 votes pretty solid? And would it be polite to offer them the chance to leave willing before banning them? Banning is such a harsh turm. I wish we could just rename it....to like...excommunicate.....

Three votes seems appropriate. Now, It might be nice to have something like an appelate process before the Mother Guild sees fit to excommunicate the flamer. Documentation of the 'flame(s)' in question could be presented to the crew who decides whether or not it/thay are serious enough to justify a banning. I do like your idea though. If found guilty of sufficient flaming, it may be nice to allow them to leave on their own terms. Perhaps after a certain time the excommunication could be lifted (If the poster has shown he/she is capible of rational debate) after a few weeks/months if the guild members will have him/her back.

speaking about crew members, I have none. Those who are now crew helped me clean out this guilds previous contents (the guild that was heare moved to a vintage guild (ID 137, hells ya).
Does anyone with to nominate anyone for a crew position? I'm already fairly certain who I'd like to see become crew members in this guild, but I'd like tos ee who you guys most strongly promote.
