On behalf of the ever-enchanting Moon, welcome to PJ's, love.
I like your avvy (the pink one, I'll assume) it's very cute although you have so much potential in it, it's still very plain.
My suggestions would, as always, be detail detail detail!!
Bigger earrings? That would very well be more detail since it's easier to spot rather than the tiny (yet rather expencive) pearl ones you have on right now. A necklace? Headgear? Gloves? Stockings? Different shoes? Have her hold something... ? I dunno!
I say keep working on this one - it's very open to manipulation, whichever way you want to change it.
