Toady sucked. Went shopping with my mum, sis, and brother. They got me so angry. There's my sister that pisses me off. She kept saying how she hates going shopping with me because I don't bother browsing, but I WAS browsing! Just not with my hands! If I don't see something interesting, I won't touch it.
Then, there's my brother. He kept going on about boring crap I hated. He didn't even get a hint. And then, when I told him about my A-Levels, he decided to say that 5 a year was an overload. And I said that I could handle it, if he could. He decided to tell me that my work was slacking. Constant A* in Business not good enough for him? Constant As (getting closer to A*) in Economics not good enough for him? Constant A/A* in Geography not good enough? 2 English essays with A* and one test with a A/A*? Physics, B-A*?
Fine, Not doing as good in Biology and Chem and maths, but maths, our teacher left and we had to go through 1 extremely bad teacher, and this current one, no one undersatnds! Chem, I'm learning this year. Biology, the teacher left on us!! I'm sorry I'm not the best, but in most of the subjects, I'm doing awesome!!
And then my mum. Not understanding. I don't care.
This sucks. They don't ever give me a chance. Ever. How am I meant to redeem myself if I'm told I suck?

How am I meant to redeem myself if I'm told I suck? well, i hate to agree with your brother, but i reckon 5 sujects at a level is too much. for one thing, it's unneccessary, as no uni expects it's applicants to have taken 5. 3 A levels and an AS is usually enough. it's so much work and stress, it gets you down. i took 5, and it was the worst mistake i ever made. seriously. i crash and burned. it'll take away all your free time doing 5 subjects, with all the homework on top. that's how the stress gets you. no time for going on gaia, watching tv, etc.worst of all, if you're doing five subjects, it just means you have less time to do the work for each subject. ie- if you have 2 hours available to do homework, it's better to have 4 subjects which you dedicate 30 minutes to each, than 5 subjects which you only devote 20 minutes to each. the problem is that if you take 4 subjects you could get, say 4 As, whereas taking 5 subjects you might only get 5 Cs- more A levels but crappier grades. i just wonder, does he regret taking 5? that may be what he's thinking.

Hmm. Anyway, might not get into Archaeology without history. That makes 5 in the first year, and 4 in the second.

HAHA!!! NOOOOOOOO.
I was gonna do 5 AS Levels in the first year, and then 4 of them would have turned into A Levels in the second year, and I would have done my other AS Level in the second year.

this seems like a really bad idea. (no offence) you should really consut with the admissions people at the college you're going to. i can't think of anyone who'd think that much work is a good idea.
it just won't achieve anything. gonk

The only work I'll be drowning in would really be Maths and Physics. Economics, I can glide through. I find it dead easy. Physics is pretty easy too. Psychology should be no problem. Again, comes down to logic, something I have. Photography and archaeology are just AS levels. I'll be fine. I'll let you know how it goes!

I'll let you know how it goes! alright, although i still think it's a mistake to take so much. i doubt you'll glide through economics, even if you find it easy. it's getting bogged down in homework/coursework that's the problem. A level is a different ballgame from gcse... just don't be afraid to drop a subject if it all gets too much. it's not failure to admit you've taken on too much if you find you can't deal with it all in the end.
