I've kept quiet til now, but that thing is really bugging me. We complain about the rampantness of anti-semetism on Gaia, yet we mark ourselves with a symbol that the Nazis assigned to us. I don't know what the yellow star means to everyone else, but to me it's a symbol of oppression.
Would the powers that be please look into changing it?

I guess to some it would show overcoming all obstacles, and victory in the end...I really don't like it either, though.

I can see how you both are mad, and I can see why maybe it might have been put up.
But then again I think that perhaps it is causing us more problems having it up than having down. Because maybe by us having the graphic up people are thinkign that we are holding up that time era and kind of saying "ha we had to go through this" .. not saying you are or anyone is, i am just sayign some people may get that idea, or they could get the idea that is our main focus when it is most clearly is not our main focus.
though i do love the kangaroo.. though i can't read the hebrew stressed gonk

The Magen David on the homepage is a testament that we will NEVER AGAIN let something like that happen to us, and it is a tribute to the fallen, saying that we shall remember them.
