i said he can't use the bible as evidence because that is an interpretation....i can't use a text book either only physical things like photos....so any ideas on how to prove evolution by photo?

I think without being able to cite the research, your argument will be severely hampered.

You won't manage it with photos. You should have set it up so you could use reliable sources which back up their arguments and aren't filled with logical fallacies, which should remove most of your opponent's resources (although you'd still get sidetracked onto showing how they're all bullshit, and they'd keep on presenting the exact same argument time and time again no matter how many times you showed it to be wrong...)
You won't be able to do it.
Your best bet is to get a list of their arguments against evolution, come back a few days later with a big long list of reasons why their arguments are false, and make a deal so that you get a dollar or something every time one of the arguments they present turns out to have been one you've already shown to be false. Hopefully about the fifth time they trot out the second law of thermodynamics they'll start to remember that you've debunked it enough times that to repeat it again will be a blatant act of dishonesty on their part, but I wouldn't count on it.
Again, though: you're screwed. They can and will lie and cheat, and you won't be able to research their arguments to recognise the flaws. In the time it takes you to show why one of their claims is false, they can bring up twenty more.
Ask them why you can't use reputable textbooks which cite their sources with evidence, and point out that evolution and speciation have been observed. Don't let them get away with claiming that macroevolution hasn't been. Also, if they bring up "kinds" don't let them change the subject - keep asking them what the term means and if it is actually defined.
Edit: ^^^^ incoherent, but hopefully something in there'll help?

Great.
They're not leaving you with much then.
Try to stick to basic reason when you can, or they will try to overload you with "evidence" that's mostly complete lies, or simple errors that have been cleared up decades ago.
And don't let them sidetrack you from what evolution is. Formation of planets, original life etc... nothing to do with it.
And if they insist that speciation is impossible, point out that many observed instnaces of it. If they say that animals cannot evolve between "kinds" as why? What mechanism prevents this?
The basic point is to stop them demanding you prove every little part of what they think evolution is, and to avoid having to refute a hundred lies and strawmen.

If you can, bring along scolarly articles about the subject, including a print out of some of the more useful parts of www.talkorigins.org
They're not text books afterall.
