Elias spends nearly all of his time here, when he's not teaching. It is a place not only for staring up at the planets and stars, but for skrying, prophesy and dreams. Sometimes Empyreans come into the Planetarium to seek advice from Elias. Othertimes they come to have their Fortune Told by Ardys.
The entire building rings with mystery and magic hidden in the walls, the artefacts and the essence of the heavens.
