Does anyone know any food that is good for a tea party
But has no meat, or dairy in it?

Check here:

And I know you know that most of the dairy and egg products can be substituted with soy products easily. There's also more recipes as you browse through the pages.
Also:

Just find a substitute for the cream cheese.

I'm a vegetarian so I still use milk, eggs, and honey.

You can always check out http://vegweb.com/

I'm a vegan myself, and vegweb is my favorite website for recipies. whee

If you're ever too lazy to bake, then nini PB&J sandwhiches, berries, grapes, and Newman-O's (they're a brand of cookies that are similar to oreos, but are somewhat tastier) work well. Those foods would be especially good for a springtime or summertime tea party.

Also, many recipies can easily be made vegan by altering a few indredients, such as using margerine in place of butter or shortening, soymilk in place of milk, and ener-G egg replacer instead of eggs.

Also, I'll post a few recipies in a bit. 3nodding

1 1/2c whole wheat flour
1/2tsp salt
1tsp baking soda

-Bake for 25 minutes.

Super-Quick Vanilla Frosting

Also, there is thttp://theppk.com/

Thier recipies are delish! The founder of The PPK has three vegan cookbooks out, I own two of them, and the recipies in them are amazing! =D

This is a recipie from the book Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World, which was poseted on the website:

Chai Latte Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 cup soy or rice milk
4 black teabags or 2 tablespoons loose black tea
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup plain or vanilla soy yogurt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
pinch of ground white or black pepper

For topping:
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg or ground mace

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 and line tin with cupcake liners. In a small saucepan heat soymilk till almost boiling, add tea bags, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes. When ready to use stir teabags and thoroughly squeeze to insure as much tea is dissolved in milk as possible.

In a large bowl wisk together oil, yogurt, sugar, vanilla and tea mixture until all yogurt lumps disappear. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and pepper into wet ingredients. Mix until large lumps disappear; some small lumps are okay. Fill tins full and bake about 20 to 22 minutes until a sharp knife inserted comes out clean.

Make sure cupcakes are completely cooled before adding topping, or the sugar will melt and not look pretty or powdery.

To assemble, sift confectioners sugar over cooled cupcakes first, then mix cocoa, cinnamon, and nutmeg together and sift onto each cupcake. Enjoy!

Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World
is a book that every vegan should own. It has so many fun recipes! Tiramasu cupcakes, Pistachio-Rosewater cupcakes, Bananna Split cupcakes, and gingerbread cupcakes are just a few of the yummy offerings of the book.

I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed them! =D

I personally love making them with Victorian Rose tea (which is black tea mixed with rose petals). It's super yummy. =3

There's this community on livejournal, Veg Lolita, and they have some nice looking recipes.
You should be able to see the posts even without a livejournal account yourself. I think. ^^;;
