7:00:5 laps around my yard.
Breakfast:Apple
7:30: 20 jumping-jacks
10:35: One-half mile
Lunch: Salad
12:30: Half mile
3:45: 45 jumping-jacks
Dinner: Sandwich
After: 30 jumping-jacks.
