The guild is going to be a new way of doing things within E.V.I.L.. It's going to be a little more open and rely's on the users to act and monitor themselves. As a member of the EVIL guild it is your responsibility if you see someone doing or saying something that is in direct violation of the Gaia TOS or the rules within this guild to contact a Moderator(E.V.I.L. Guild Moderator) not a Gaia Moderator. Please read this First and foremost FAQ As our rules will not differ much.
There should be No Spamming within any threads here. Anyone caught spamming will be warned once and Banned permanently if a second offense occurs. You may start threads to chat with whom ever you wish. Please do not go into someone thread and spam theirs.

No Flaming any Group or Individual. We know that on occasion there will be people whom have differences, It will be your responsibility to settle your own differences peacefully. In the event there are situations that cant be settled by the users then Private Message an E.V.I.L. Mod.
If a member notices that you are doing something wildly against the TOS and contacts a EVIL moderator about it know that we will be contacting you and you won't like the consequences.
If you are Banned you may not be allowed to rejoin ever!

The Moderators on the E.V.I.L. forums are believed to have good judgement, there word is final and can not be appealed.
