Has anybody ever played one of the Harvest Moon games? We found a clearanced Game Cube one at Target a couple weekends ago for $5, and I LOVE IT! It's the "Another Wonderful Life" one where your character is a girl, you start off with a dog, and you get married and have a son. I love planting/growing the vegetables, cooking up recipes, fishing, figuring out who to bribe (er, I mean befriend) to get certain tools, riding my horse around town, and taking care of my cows/sheep/chickens/goat.
Jenni leant me her "Save the Homeland" one for playstation, but the graphics aren't nearly as good, and I can't even figure out how to get my first animal(s) yet or earn enough to buy one, so I haven't played it much.

i don't have any games like that, but i KNOW that if i did have i'd love them 3nodding and that was an absolute bargain price!

I *think* I used to have a Harvest Moon game for regular Playstation a couple years ago. I can't remember if I ever played it though sad

OH! yeah i love those games i have the 4 of the games for game boy advanced and one for ps1 and i wanted the one for gamecube. it the best game i know.
i got the onse where your a boy and you have to cort a girl. my girl is karen. i have 2 cows 2 sheep and 5 chickens. and i get the harvest sprits to do my bidding muaaaahahahaha. lol

I have the Nintendo 64 version. (Yeah, I'm behind the times, but not much of a video gamer.) I've been meaning to learn how to play it since I didn't get a manual with it (my best friend's sister left it behind when she moved out of his house).
Hopefully soon I'll figure it out! It's looks like fun!

I'm just curious. heart Yeah WoW I know is World of Warcraft (an online multiplayer version of Warcraft), and I know several of my friends' moms who are really into that. Maplestory is also online, and there's a thread about it in here somewheres... I haven't checked it out yet, but it sounds addicting! I was going to ask what fflyf is too! Haven't heard of that one (or at least those acronyms.)
