I am just wondering where the mods are and if they know about this situation and if they do are they going to lock it because this thread turned from a thread about congratulating someone to bashing them for making a mistake and that's not right.

It seems lately that I am the only active mod around these days, but I've said it before and I'll say it again. Please be patient with me because I'm not exactly out of the woods with my sickness..whatever it may be. I still haven't found out yet so I'm in the middle of quite a few hardships. I've finally been able to get back to my duties at church but now they've increased as well. My point is I'm sorry I haven't been moderating as thouroghly as I should.

I come on usually at night to browse through and see if anythings going on but staring at the computer thing is the last thing I should be doing,I'm trying to let my body heal so I get off as quick as I can. It's really disappointing to me that if I miss a day of checking things go haywire. All of you know I love you dearly but I can't put up with all of these continual conflicts. In case you missed the Thread incident I'm greatly disappointed that a congratulation thread turned out like that... don't worry, the parties involved will be taken care of. I'm sorry to all of you who had to witness that incident.

With all of that said because I'm the only one here if you see something like this going on and I miss it PM me immediately and I will take care of things instantly...please remembered to be respectful in your pm, and please don't swear. I love each and every one of you but I can't let more things like this slide, taking action is a must so if I seem harsh I'm only trying to do my job.Thank you and God Bless.

*EDIT* I'm having frineds in town from June 1-8. So I probably won't be around at all. Thanks for reading.

No, I'm still here --but I don't post often, just lurk and do moderatingly type things. And I also am only on the guild late at night --around 11pm to 9am four days a week.

I'm never more than a PM or IM away if anyone needs help with anything an Topaz isn't around.

I'm still here... once in a while. I'm trying to gain lost credits in school so that I can graduate in a couple weeks, so I really can't afford to be on the computer so much unless I'm working on things. I drop by once in a while and lurk in threads... but I'm a "spam" mod and that's what I'm supposed to get rid of. The reason I took that job in the first place was so I wouldn't have to break up fights and stuff. I don't have the best people skills, as many of you have probably witnessed. u_u;;

So basically, I try to just take care of really spammy stuff. But since it has come to my attention that not many of the mods are still around anymore, I'll do more than just pay attention to spam now.

I have been reinstated as mod after talking to fall-out and asking whether he thought I should and he decided it was okay. I saw that you were having a bit of difficulty t0paz since you're busy with work and I didn't know if M a d i x was actively moderating or not, so I asked to become mod again. I know that Inscriven has been one of those 'behind the scenes' mods, doing quiet work and making sure to make the guild clutter free, but I would hope that when things start getting heated that you would jump in when you can.

I will do my best to help out and if things get stressful again, I won't be demoting myself, I will dig my heels and deal with whatever comes.

I saw that you were having a bit of difficulty t0paz since you're busy with work and I didn't know if M a d i x was actively moderating or not, so I asked to become mod again. I know that Inscriven has been one of those 'behind the scenes' mods, doing quiet work and making sure to make the guild clutter free, but I would hope that when things start getting heated that you would jump in when you can.

I will do my best to help out and if things get stressful again, I won't be demoting myself, I will dig my heels and deal with whatever comes.

I'm new at all of this and it's not that I'm busy with an actual job...well, ministry is a job so yea. I'm about to become more busy.

You're one busy girl...but I understand how things can get hectic. I think we need to find a new mod to help out. We'll have to make a thread about it, letting everyone know what the job entails.

Yes I'm pretty sure you did...you told us to take away your mod status because you weren't sure you were ready since you were going through some stuff that was making you feel grumpy and such. I asked you to rethink it but I don't think I ever received a definite answer. But when you announced that you were still doing mod related duties it was nice to hear.

Okay then...are we ALL in agreement that another mod would be a good addition? Do any of you have any suggestions for a mod? Although Dwarf Priest was my first choice *and we now know he can't because he's a mod elsewhere/busy*, I was thinking Jinnari would be a good candidate.
