Torrid is awesome. Fashionbug is kinda high..and Lane Bryant is too. Those are like the only ones I can find here (real store I mean unlink Target and stuff) usually swapmeets have really trendy stuff for bigger girls too and it's inexpensive.

unfortunately the "men's apparel" section of the Crimson Empress doesn't work crying crying crying but, lucky me, there is a Hot Topic in town, and I can fit into a good deal of the clothes I find there

here's a couple more, goth stuff, expensive, but amazing
Persephone Plus- I have drooled over their stuff for years, but have never had the extra money...I heart the Diva coat and the old school goth dress
Rose Mortem- not plus size exactly, but they'll custom make the clothes to fit, I bought the rag doll skirt from them for my senior prom, from experience, it's worth the extra $$$
as a general rule I don't really like Roamans or Lane Bryant, just more of that awful shapless bag clothes for the most part...I love Torrid and Fashion Bug

Wah! No Canadian stores! *sobs* crying
When my mom goes to visit relatives in the States, she takes advantage of all of the stores and brings back cool stuff *stares dreamily at her new black sandals from the Fashion Bug* but she only goes every once in awhile and I go even less than her, so we don't have the freedom to go on shopping parties and get all of the cool stuff they have *sighs sadly* sad

I'm just glad because walmart sells proper plus-sized clothing. And yes...wal-mart is the only big clothing store...here in podunk. sweatdrop But I did find a 30-32 sized shirt the other day....and I bought it too. I needed something baggy! 3nodding

Well I live in Memphis and Nashville, travel back forth between college and my parents. So i encounter mostly Lane Bryants (the stores aren't as bad as the web and there's a difference between lane bryant and lane bryant catalog) I don't like lane bryant catalog and I like a few things from Roamans, mostly suits because I'm trying to up my professional look. Torrid is awsome and I can't agree more that I love the inexpensive walmart steals!
The biggest issue I have with clothes is my big butt! LOL. Seriously though it doesn't pay to have a big bottom and be fat >.<, and I don't mean wide I mean it's like out there xd Bubble-licious! So sometimes pants that fit right are hard for me to find. The waist and booty line need to be right.
I do a lot of online shopping. The trick with that is to have an idea of what you look nice in and to take your measurements as they direct it. Torrid is so the sex though because they make wider calfed boots! heart
