Okay, this was something I never understood.
So far as I know, everyone had a Dream Mirror and a Star Seed but the Pure Heart Crystals, did everyone have those too?
It seems that the way they spoke about it (and in particular, Minako's episode where she gets her's stolen) that some people simply don't have one. This would seem strange as it would make me wonder why everyone had a Star Seed and Dream Mirror.
Thoughts?

I just figured that if they were corrupt and didn't have a pure heart, they wouldn't have a heart crystal...but everyone can have dreams and star seeds regardless of the purity of the person who possesses them. Like if you're a criminal hacker or something, you won't have a pure heart, but you can probably still dream about...er...binary code? sweatdrop

Well the heart crystals are very important (sorry forget somethings bout heart crystals so i'm saying this)

from what i understand, everyone has a heart crystal. it's just that not everyone's heart crystal is pure, and heart crystals that are pure are rare because those crystals contain the tailsmen. 3nodding

Hmm...considering the effect losing their pure hearts had on most of them, except for the first few minutes after Minako lost hers sweatdrop , I see your point pink_kitty

Everyone has Dream Mirrors, Heart Crystals and Star Seeds. However; If you have no dream, your Dream Mirror is tained and 'dirty' with a grey frame (as opposed to pink). See Episode 156 for an example. We have already established that Pure Heart Crystals have varying levels of Purity, which leaves us to believe that everyone has Heart Crystals but only some are 'Pure'. I can't quite remember if there's an Episode where someone extracts an Impure Heart Crystal... So I can't offer an example. And most of the Star Seeds extracted in the Anime are 'useless' and corrode immediately, so everyone has a Star Seed, too.
As for why everyone has them...
Hell, why not?
We still have our Appendix, too.

Thoughts? i think ur talking about the silver crystal let me tell u a secret about the silver crytsal it is a crystal fillde with all the sailor sensta powers in order to pertect the univezes
