The most prominent detail about the plateau is the markings on the ground. Symbols of the Forgotten, jagged scars in the earth that resonate with dark meaning. In fact the plateau seems to have a haze of darkness hanging over as the Shade's past looms over them.

On the edge of the sharp black lines sit five of Omikron's most powerful bishops. Their tasks is two fold: Maintain the shadowy energies that keep shades at peak performance, and at the same time make sure that that energy does not consume them. Lifeblood and burden, such are the shades.

Hakan stood there, looking across to the wilderness below. He'd arrived before, and had layed low. It was one of those times where he'd felt he needed quiet, to focus inwards. But hey, everything was looking like it'd move now, so it was about time to go and meet the other unfortunates.

His bow across his back, Hakan turned, to walk back towards the makeshift village.
