I have never even heard of a Rat Terrier.. Are they a new breed or something? Cause I couldn't find one in my book about dog breeds >.<

yea they are, they orginated in europe and they were bread to kill rats

In Denmark they're called Dansk/Svensk Gårdhund

Translated dierctly into Danish/Swedish Yard(/farm?)dog..

They were used on farms in the old days, to watch out for rats and kill them, like cats were used for mice...

They have a long snout, to get into the holes the rats are using.. smile
Mine is just a Ginnypig eater.. razz

I love Rat Terriers. There used to be one at the barn I ride. He was so cute. I like your dog to, he is very cute!
