So... to start the conversation ball, how 'bout Taxi? That was a good show. Tony Danza, Danny DeVito... I mean, c'mon, that was like one of the best sitcoms of its time.
Feel free to tell me to shut up; I know this is a lame conversation topic, but I'm running empty on creativity right now.

My ex-girlfriend's grandfather was very much like Archie Bunker, always coming up with amusing insulting nicknames for everybody. He was funny.

They started as anime fans working out of someone's livingroom. Some anime fans I know have been complaining though that ADV was responsible for shutting down a fansub distribution system called MIRCX because they continued to distribute after ADV had the rights to a title (Chrono Crusade was the title in question I believe). I can't really fault ADV at all in the matter though becuase fansubbers are supposed to stop distribution when a licence is announced.

I would like to run, but if a more suitable candidate from the pool of qualified individuals can be found, I'd let them run. I just want some thought going in this direction, to get a jump on competition if this does come to pass.

I just want some thought going in this direction, to get a jump on competition if this does come to pass. The only way for us to win an election would be if the liberals split into many different parties. We would have to agree to form one party (which probably won't happen) and nominate on candidate...I do not think that Edward Yee, KiwiiHead, and myself would be good candidates (others are probably included in this group) because we are neo-cons and we would have to carry a fair amount of the moderate vote to win. I could be wrong in my analysis of this election, but I don't think it really matters. EDIT: I may be wrong and Yee, Kiwii, and I (and the other neo-cons) might be good choices because we are so far right. We would just have to hope all the Green-Commie-Socialists form different parties and have 200 candidates...

True. I heard that MIRCX just setup on offshore servers after they went down in the States.
