Well, if you're good with his Slots limit, you can kill anything in one hit. He's a great magic user. And Reeve's an awesome dude.
I never imagined Cait Sith as Scottish in the game, but I like his voice in the movie. Wish he'd had more to say than random, over-used, never funny to begin with sayings, though.

Cait Sith was an awesome character. He was operated by one of the few good ShinRa employees. Plus it's nice to have a few unexpected characters in there, right. I mean except the secret characters, Yuffie and Vincent, You expected pretty much everyone else to join. But I didn't expect Cait Sith.

thonek [Kasumi=kun camcorder because in AC he cracks me up ='D Omigosh! I mistook his voice for Red's! I was like, "No, they gave Red a gay voice?!" He has a scottish accent. sad It's actually amazingly wonderful that they gave him a Scottish voice, as the 'cat' he is comes from Scottish folklore... even if the dubbed voice is a bit much at times. Still, it's the thought that counts. And I really like him a lot. For being part of another character, he's amazing. And adorable when he's not being a little snot.

He has a scottish accent. sad I only realized seconds later that Cait Sith was on top of Red's head. Weirdo Scottish accent... I should be used to it, seeing as how half of my family has that accent.

That's what I've been telling eople, if youo have the movie on dvd, with english subs, it'll show cait siths words in scottish.
