Wow lol. Um i am in a forum arguing about it right now, although it isn't in the guild. I think everyone is starting to get into it.
I'll post some discussion in here and there and yall comment on that.
I'll try to get this discussion started.

Heh, ignorance is bliss, huh? Apparently, I don't have the IQ of a squirrel, because I believe yaoi is a fad.

What all of you don't seem to get is a fad is merely a sudden increase in popularity that will eventually die down. It doesn't mean all of its fans are fickle and will drop it when the fad goes away. It simply means that its popularity is limited, and will drop down in popularity, and certainly out of the mainstream. If anyone thinks that yaoi will maintain its present following, then they are simply ignorant and naive.

However, kudos, you've spoken like a true fanatic fanboy.. I half-expected to see you call for non-yaoi concentration camps to lock those up who don't like yaoi..

Think about it, a few years ago, yaoi manga never came near the mainstream, and you'd have had a slightly more difficult time coming by it then than you do now. I'm not debating whether or not you'll still like yaoi, simply that it will become less popular. This doesn't even mean that many of its fans will stop liking yaoi. It simply means that yaoi is currently enjoying a nice spot in the mainstream, allowing it to reach a pinnacle of its popularity, but will eventually drop from the mainstream and no longer be the biggest, coolest thing.

Hmm, funny, isn't it? It seems squirrels too are capable of well-reasoned arguments..



I wasnt saying that it would stay on the mainstream forever and the concentration camps are a good idea ^_^. Nothing has ever stayed on the mainstream more than a couple of years, but sooner or later it will pick up right where it left off. IT's not just going to die. I agree with your point, but alot of the people are just going to go right back to the homophobia as soon as this fad is over, and i would rather those people just stay out of the conversation. I'm not trying to stereotype here, but come on. These people are watching it for nothing more than to say they have, and i think those peopel can go screw themselves*if that's not i nthe pg-13 area please message me and i will change it eright away*. At least thanks for putting up a better argument than most peopel could have. I think i will up you to a chipmunk, Your more intelligent than the squirrels.^_^
