Yesterday I was on the brink of an amazing discovery and I completely lost it sweatdrop
I had been sitting down and thinking about psionics and such, and I slowly began to realize something. And as I was but moments away from finally grasping what I assume would have been an unearthly discovery, I forgot it sweatdrop
It had something to do with how to gather massive amounts of energy (by which I mean, around 30-40x as much energy as I use in the majority of my techniques, and more than the human body can normally hold without seizuring uncontrollably). I just don't remember any of the details xp I'll tell you all if I figure it out again.

It happens to me with spells. I write them down, but then I confuse myself, and lose the whole grasp I had, maybe, 10 seconds before.

Yeah that's happened to me a lot. Even the thoughts where you think "OMGZORS! holy crap... I've got it!" for some amazing solution or discovery, only for you to forget it or to lose grasp of the concept or lose your train of thought.
So many times when I was walking home from school just thinking about stuff, I've tried connecting different things that I know into one big picture and then I think I have an answer or theory to something big, only to get too wrapped up in it to think clearly along the same thoughts about it again.
It's so frusturating whenever it happens. To this day I still can't remember any of my 'discoveries' however many times I've had them in the past.
ninja Maybe these ideas slip our minds because we aren't ready to realize them yet? ninja

Or maybe we lose them because human brains are the thought equivalent of Windows 95. *sigh* The best descoveries of everything are surely trapped in the Recycle Bin of our minds...

Quite a nice analogy there. And yeah, it happens to me more than I could say. Whether it be with writing, thinking, remembering, or...discovering, I don't know, I'll get distracted and lose it completely. I think we're all ADD within our own minds. Dyslexic, too. Or...maybe that's just me...

Nope, seconded. sweatdrop Course, I would feel better if others sounded stupid and dyslexic because the think faster than they can talk and mix up all their words... that bothers the hell out of me. sweatdrop As for me, I bet I would be clinically ADD if not for the fact I can read a book for 7 hours straight.

I understand comepletely... ever write two page long philisophical poems inside your head that could comepletely change how someone lives, then forget it two seconds later? confused or write an awesome song that would sell millions of copies but forget it when you go to write it down...
>sigh< it sucks, really annoying... I suggest to get Neuro-Programmer and play that in your sleep to stimulate brain-function and read more and do a little math every day.. it's supposed to increase brain stimulation thus decreasing your forgetfulnes, increasing memory

What's Neuro-Programmer?

I've thought and thought constantly about that discovery that I had and lost, and I've slowly been able to recovery fragments of concepts of sentences sweatdrop However I recall one thing, which experimenting with has led to a whole array of confusion once more sweatdrop I see now, faced with what it is that I forgot, just how it was so easily lost. The key to this amazing power (30-40x normal energy, you recall wink ) is something far too complex to put into english words xp The concept is something which I'm only barely comprehending to think of as feelings and ideas.
It's like....
I'll start with the basics xp I remembered that the trick doesn't work unless you're in a state of pure and perfect peace. Transquility out the a** here ninja I don't want normal martial arts meditation, I want Buddha to the power of ten kind of zen.
Okay 3nodding Well... the trick is kinda odd. I haven't remembered the exact trick, but I've sorta remembered most of it sweatdrop You start by like using your energy to create a barrier around your consciousness (kinda odd to think about it physically since it's hard to know exaclty where you consciousness is sweatdrop I swear, it makes sense once you've done it). Then you have to merge this energy with that barrier and stretch it outward until your consciousness encompasses the entire area from which you wish to draw energy.
sweatdrop If that made any sense then I just succeeded at the english language. Otherwise, I suggest you just try yourself and figure it out xd
I haven't gotten every detail refined to the point that I can call it a trick or explain it well, but the concept is kinda there xd I wouldn't call this a discovery quite yet.
EDIT-
This just in- expanding your consciousness HURTS >.< I highly recommend that this move be practiced before performed (once fully understood, that is xd ). It made me ache just to summon up about 1.5x my normal energy, it'd probably cause my mind to collapse from the pain if I went for 5x at this level stressed This'll take quite a bit of practice.

Please, write more about it. I myself am an intuitive person and the more you write about it, the more I'll pick up. ^ ^ Thanks. And yeah, it makes partial sense, I just don't totally have it yet. I like it though. ^ ^
