well lately, i've been getting bored of my first party and trying to use a mono dragon one.... its been going well especailly with my Flygon using sandstorm then switching out to rayquaza, or haveing my seadra using rain dance then attacking with water types. I just have one problem though, the only pokemon that i need to learn a electric move (altaria) Cannot learn one electrical move, which is hard to believe since ITS A FRIGGIN CLOUD!!! anyways, it currently has a bad moveset so i need to know some good attacks that will make it a useful dragon.
its current moveset is
Dragonbreath
Hyperbeam
Fury Attack
Safeguard

that would be a good moveset but i used my dragon claw tm for salamance ((i just couldnt wait to train him to level 67 ...))
