Powers: powers to control water and uses water as a catalist and paper with spell characters written on it to make and form many things and can change the attibutes of the water using his water staff into ink for hte spell paper, poisin and many more, also can change the diffrent forms of water using his mind(kinda like garra with sand but with water for me)and so on
also i have powers like a paper master, same as maggie from ROD the Tv( very good anime you should watch it)
