Gomroth rules

Here before all eyes who read this document now bear witness to the laws of the Gomrothian Empire. Whether you read or not wherever these laws are placed, that area is therein under the influence of these laws and cannot be broken. Words weighted down by unbreakable steel and forged by the very founders of this now Great Empire. Let all who read and look upon know that these laws are far more potent than any oath or bond. And all of Gomroth's citizens abide these rules; lest her gates close to them and their fate rests in the hands of the barren lands beyond these borders. Wherever these laws are found it is therin expected and demanded they are obliged.

Laws of Language
1.) The selected language type will be the style of Literacy. THough this style is what is expected, if any member made active after the date of December 1st of the year 2006, you are exempt of these mandates. However you will be allowed a grace period to learn the art of literacy. (therein anything above semi-lit) It should be known that after the said date of April 5th of the year 2007, that all of Gomroth and its domains will officially become literate. Semi-literate will not be accepted after said date. (See topics in the Archives section to specifications of Literacy.)

2.)Swearing is permitted as long as it is not spoken disrespectfully to Nine or Royal Family. Should this act be committed, swearer's fate rests in Nine or Royal Family's hands. This rule applies between Nine and Royal Family as well.

3.) Because Gomroth rests within the boundaries of Gaia, Gomroth must oblige by their given Terms of Service. ALL of Gomroth must abide by these rules, no exemptions.

Establishment of Power
1.)Power has been split between the Nine and residing Emperor. The Nine are represented as the Emperor's vassa;s and their role is to serve, aid, and carry out the laws and Emperor's bidding.

2.)The Emperor/Empress is placed at the seat of power, chief of command. All decisions therein made through council (if chosen to do so) must be made final by the residing Emperor/Empress. Emperor/Empress cannot select members of the Nine for that decision is made by Nine along. Emperor/Empress, can only offer his council presiding in decision.

3.)The Power of the Nine is limited to the whim of the residing Emperor/Empress excluding the decision of its members. THe Nine are automatically unducted as general's of Gomroth's Armies ranging from Space to Ground forces. (Whichever division Ninei s associated with must abide by that divisions mandates.) The title of Witchking is only in effect during the time of war and war alone. Therin the power of the Witchking is therein equal to that of a Colonel or Admiral of all Armies.

4.)The Nine's power is second in command, HOWEVER all decisions must be aware beforehand to the residing Emperor/Empress.

5.) The Nine is recquired to select its own members via unanimous vote without consnet of residing Emperor/Empress. Should the Emperor/Empress desire the removal of a Nine member, the decision should be left to the Nine, excluding the member in question.

6.)All Nine members are recquired to have Wraith Cloak (in time of war or confidential members.) some form of occupation meant for the establishment of Gomroth (ranging from a school to the Army or anything affiliated with Gomroth.) Again their role is to carry out the functions of Gomroth and its leaders and to instill fear, power, and respect to those within or out of Gomroth and its allies. In accordance to within, the execution of fear, power, and respect cannot and will not supercede the responsibility of the power given to them. Abuse of power will result in termination.

7.) If a Royal Family member decide to become politically active within Gomroth's government, then their power is limited to that of the Nine, UNLESS that Family Member is a direct decendant of the residing Emperor?Empress' bloodline. If this applies, then Members of direct line are free to reign, however not of the residing Emperor/Empress is not aware.

8.)Should a Royal Family member choose not to become politcaly active, then that member must be given high respect.

9.)In the event of a residing Emperor/Empress' death and or removal, the oldest child is henceforth enstated as new Emperor/Empress. Should the heir(s) either choose not to, is incapable, or too young to run, then Nine members are enstated as Stewards of Gomroth until heir is found. SHould the direct Bloodline of the precedeing Emperor/Empress be removed then the eldest of the three brothers of the sons of Illuvatar (Anubis Uriel) takes the throne. SHould his bloodline fail then the youngest brother (Jonosan Uriel a.k.a Measter Mishimoto) takes the throne.

10.) In the even of war (of any sort), some catastrophe of any sort to Gomroth, the Nine are recquired to protect the youngest child of all three sons of Illuvatar (Cirdon Uriel, Anubis Uriel, Jonosan Uriel). That child is the rightful heir to the throne and whomever was preceeding Emperor/Empress, their child takes the throne. This transition of power only goes into effect if law 9 under "Establishment of Power" does not apply.

11.)In the event that a Nine member is removed due to war, death, catastrophe, or volunteered resignatio, a reserve is recquired to take his/her stead. This does not apply if Nine member was removed without volunteer. (due to termination, treason, or forced resignation.)

Laws of Commerce

1.) Should any member of Gomroth desire to run any form of commerce (stores, trade, etc.) that person is allowed to set up any rules he/she/it recquires as long as it is coherant to the Laws of Gomroth and TOS of Gaia.

2.) Any owner under the name of Gomroth is responisble for their own members and cannot blame Gomroth or its allies for lack of members. It is not within the responsibility of Nine, Royal Family or Emperor to supply business with memebers or customers.

3.)Should any owner of buisness within the name of Gomroth choose to use tariffs, the price, how much and to whom it may be delivered is left entierly up to that owner. However the Government itself will take a certain percentage of its choosing from all profits made.

4.) Funds transferred to bank(s) of Gomroth will be dealt with the bank owner(s) and Emperor (unless the Emperor or bank owner(s) desire a third party) No citizen, Nine member, Royal Family member, or anyone not affiliated with the bank system is permitted access to the vaults. (The account used to hold the money.)

Rights of the People

Every Gomrothian citizen is entitled to these basic freedoms

1.)Freedom of Speech
2.)Freedom of the Press
3.)Freedom to Excercise Buisness
4.)Freedom to Bear Arms
5.)Freedom of Religion

No acting member of Government can deny these rights.

All citizens to the contrary are recquired to show mutual respect to Governing powers.

Laws of Activeness

Because Gomroth is now a Role Playing system, any and all its members are recquired to be active reguraly. Should any member (excluding Emperor) lack attendance, it is within the power of the Nine, Royal Family and Emperor for their immediate removal. If notice is given of enlongated absence, then person is exempted of this rule. If Governing member is inactive for enlongated period of time, they will face one week to return, if not their removal will be issued. (Unless notice is given.)

If any issues were to arise outside of the Role Play and took place outside of Allies, or OOC threads then Gomroth is not responisble for anything done to that person.

Laws of Role-Play
God-modding is strictly prohibited, (unless it is in training and is specified that god-modding is being used.) This includes any form of god modding, ranging from sudden healing, illogical lack of pain, or CLONING of any sort. Role Players may suffer suspension or termination.

If treason is hinted by any member (including Emperor) then whomever detects it must alert governing authorites privately. If accusations were to be taken seriously, PROOF IS NEEDED! CONCRETE UNFORGED EVIDENCE! Anything less than this will not be accepted.

Time of War
Should Gomroth and all its affiliates undergo war, an order will be issued. This ordered has been labeld Order 66. This order may be activated by Emperor alone and all must abide by it. The guild will be put into immediate lockdown and defenses will be raised. If rebellion, massive treason, internal or external war is started, this Order is in effect and must be carried out until all issues are resolved. Only when this Order is in effect, will all governing power is given to residing Emperor/Empress. However this Order cannot be placed into effect at Emperor/Empress' leisure. Only in time of war or circumstantial crisis may this Order be placed.

Placement in Central Guild
The Emperor/Empress is automatically placed as Owner of guild. (Unless governor is elected by Emperor/Empress to run different guild.)
All Nine members and sons of Illuvatar are placed under the title Vice Captain. Should a Royal Family member deicde to become active government wise may he/she be moved to Vice Captain. Any and all Royal Family Member(non active government wise), Owner and/or member of Buisness, School, Police Force, Knights of Gomroth will take the position of Crew. Any who do not apply to the just said positions will be placed under Member position.

Guild Districts
Any and all guilds under the name of the Gomrothian Empire must abide by the laws stated. If Emperor/Empress has assigned a governor to run a different District, governer has reign over guild, HOWEVER the Laws of Gomroth still apply and residing Emperor/Empress still has ownership and right to guilds because it is under the name of Gomroth. Should Emperor/Empress choose to remove governor or have guild under his/her own name, the Emperor/Empress is at liberty to do so with a reasonable statement.


These are the terms of the Gomrothian Empire. If this document is found anywhere, any and all person(s) within must abide by these laws without question. Constitution is in subject to change or remodification by and only by the Nine and Emperor/Empress. Should anything be changed or remodified, a meeting will be issued and discussed decisions based on unaimous voting.

Below will be the signature of each Nine member and active Royal Family Member. By placing your name on this document you automatically agree to the terms presented. (Nine are recquired to place name.) Any other inactive Royal Family Member or citizen (including those in crew status) by rightfully having your name in the member pool automatically places your signature here which means if you join any domain of Gomroth or its affiliates, you automatically agree to Gomroth's terms.
