Just above the bar by the way of stairs, this is the area of AVALANCHE's headquarters that had been refined and expanded to fit in the original members of the AVALANCHE crew that went on to follow Cloud and save the planet from Meteor and the fallen angel, Sephiroth.
The only others who were ever found to room on this floor had been Marlene and Denzel, the two of whom have separate rooms but are found more often than not spending the nights in one room or another together.
