Well, It's been brought to my attention that I've angered you all for not updating.
I think I'll turn over the game now to who I've chosen to host.
I've been online, yes, but that's for brief, disconnected periods of time, and at 3AM.
My job is increasingly demanding, and they've been calling me in more and more often, and I've been closing the store more and more often, getting home at 3AM, for the most part. On my days off... They call me in to work.
And this week I start working from 8AM to 3PM at one job, then 4PM to about 1AM at the other. I guess I could update in the hour in between...
Sorry I've been so selfish. I've been wasting my time sleeping and cleaning and finding time to sit outside and realize how nice it is to be alive, while so many people around me are dying or dead. When I'm wasting time sitting out on my front porch, staring at the moon, or watching ants crawling across the sidewalk, attempting to relax and make some sense of the mess my life's become, I could be updating.
And when I DO come online to check my email, glance at the GCD, and post a topic my friend wrote for me to post, I really should be updating. So I'm sorry.
I'll pick the GM now, based on what I feel was the best story and whom I feel can handle it the best. And I'll tell them who the people are, and let them have a ball.
Yes, I am bitter.

It's okay. ^__^ You do what you have to do, it's fine. But thanks for letting us know what's going on. And you're not being selfish, and anyone who says you are need to give you some space.

*snuggles* It's okay. whee Free time can really become a precious thing. You're better off spending it on yourself.

Life happens, we all understand that. And in no way were you being selfish.
It's just a game.. and taking care of yourself is much more important then that!

Not many of us were angry, Zae. In fact, I was more worried than anything else. You do have a life outside of Gaia, like the rest of us. 3nodding

I wasn't angry. I was worried, more. I was all 'HOMG IS SHE OKAY?' But I understand that unlike most of us, you have a life. So... go live it. We're not going to force you to spend your free time doing something that you don't want to do. :Mr. Green:

Wow Zae don't be so hard on yourself, we all have lives we all can't keep up with everything. So you can't update what a shame, don't blame yourself, if people get mad because your not updating well screw them you have a life, you can't do everything at one time.
So don't be so hard on yourself, and thank you for everything you have done. heart

I didn't know people were being all pissy and selfish at you Zae, or I would have done what I could to make them stop. sad Good luck with life, I know how stupid employers who take up all of your time are. sad

I may have said some things that sounded selfish but only because I saw that you were constantly geting back on line, via your profile, and I was thinking you were avoiding us! I wanted for you to say something so we would know you still cared about us and hadn't given up. gonk Had I known you had been on for mere moments I wouldn't have acted that way. I am happy you were able to post and dispel our suspicions. Here's hoping you do well in your jobs.
