Races


Playable Races

Humans - Pretty self-explainatory. Most humans defend themselves with a variety of weapons (e.g. swords, bow and arrows, etc.), but a few have inherited magical abilities. Due to hundreds of years of excessive crossbreeding, nearly no humans are actually so. Their appearances vary, but mostly in attributes like hair, eyes and teeth.

Faeries - Citizens of the Maree Tribe and residents of Lei forest. Usually under a foot tall, they make up for it with strength. Believing weapons to be primitive, all faeries use either offensive or defensive magical when fighting. Faeries tend to be "coloured-themed", that is, their hair, eyes, skin, clothing and wings will all be the same colour, just in different shades. They possess the ability to take on a human form for a limited amount of time. However, if they stay in that form for more than a day, they will be stuck as a human forever.

Human-Faerie Hybrids - Extremely rare! Perhaps one in every billion births in Kochimai City is to a human-faerie hybrid. The only way for a human and a faerie to conceive is through an act of true love: s faerie must surrender its' wings and become a complete human. Most hybrids born don't even known that they are mixed, as the faerie parent has taken a human form and loses it's memories of it's past life. If properly trained, a hybrid can perform magic and even sprout wings to fly.

Non-Playable Races

All of these species are extinct. They have all been assimilated into humans. You may not play with any of these species.

Elves - A fairly tall species. Blonde or red hair and blue eyes. White magic abilities, along with speed and agility.

Nekojin - Cat people. Have tails, cat ears and fangs. Have catlike personas (self-absorbed, prissy, etc.). No magical abilities, use bladed weapons to fight. Known for flexibilty and speed.

Reptia - Cold-blooded humanoids. Have lightly-coloured scales, dialated eyes, sharp teeth, and hair colours such as orange, green or brown. Fight using brute strength alone.

Angels - Not in a religious sense! Have large, white, feathered wings on their back, hence their name. Are very tall and beautiful. Blue or green eyes, black or blonde hair. Do not use weapons, but magic taken from sun and moon energy.

Sirens - Magical sea-dwellers. An all-female race. Captured and used as wives for men at war. Usually immortal, the act of childbirth takes away that priviledge. Blue or green eyes, blue, green or yellow hair. Beautiful singing voices that emit psychic waves to control the minds of their enemies.

Spectres - Those who speak to the dead. Dark, empty eyes, pale skin, gaunt, and bluish or purplish black hair. Noctournal. Summon the spirits of the dead to fight for them, or use soul-stealing scythes. May use levitation powers as an escape method.

"Pure" Humans - All humans are mixed with another race, with the exception of the very rich and royalty. Royalty must have a pure blood line because a mixed monarch would be rejected by the gods.

Occupation: Acts as Healer in a company as well as the mage.

Appearance: (again this can change but the things put down now are not) Black hair with bits of grey streaks. Black eyes that seem to be grey at times. She's only 5' 5" with her hair cut short. At first glance many think Kage is a male.

Personality Traits: Kage can be some-what shy but when something is against her morals and just plaijn feelings she will be vicious.

Weapons/Magic: She has a 2' sword that is for close up battle. Her white magic and black magic both work best in darkness. Black magic is for distance. White magic works only when she is close to the person.

Clothing: She wears a black tunic and black pants. She has some leather boots.

Special Items: She inherited a pendant of the moon and sun locked together that helps strengthen her powers when not in the darkness.
Brief History: Her parents were Healers of the Goldenwing Suns who were killed by some rebels who had killed them when her parents healed them of their wounds. She had been sent to be taken care of those in the military it's why she is a Healer in the company.
Colour: Bold If I can remember.

Appearance: Tall dark and handsome......like my avy.....a lot like him.... stare .......the pretty b*****d.....
Approximately 6'2" with silver hair which sometimes gets in his eyes....
Eyes are a piercing bright red....
Faerie wings seem nonexistent but are kept under cloak. One wing is the usual white, the other is an odd shade of gray.
Personlaity Traits: Generally friendly in normal situations. Goes berserk on battlefield. Holds grudge against humans but will not act upon it unless provoked.
Weapons: Daggers. Magic: UBW (Unlimited Blade Works)
Clothing: Upper body and arms wrapped in bandages, black cloak worn over head with long flowing cape, black pants are tattered.
Special Items: Locket recieved from mother who was killed by humans. Unknown what is inside.
Brief History: Family was slain by humans in early childhood. Has trained body and mind to protect Maree village from any threat (especially humans). Well liked by all of the villagers. Still feels that his purpose in life has not been fulfilled.
Colour: Red

Took me three days to come up with it. It's a beauty.

Occupation: Wandering traveler (for now, until she gets a job...)
Species: Faerie
Appearance: Faerie form: Long (about the middle of her back) ,dark blue hair, which almost look like black (if that's even possible). Royal blue eyes, has fair skin Human form: I guess, it would look like my avatar...but her hair would be flowing down.
Personality Traits: Kind and caring. But can be mean when ticked off (which can be rare).
Wepons/Magic: Hmm, I don't know what kind of magic faerie have...
Clothing: Faerie sad Eh, can't think of any...so it will look like Tinkerbell then). Human : A simple dress (like my avatar's dress) and I guess that's about it.
Special Items: A silver anklet (probably can fit a human's finger) that was given by her parents before they were murdered. There is an engravement on the inside of the ankle (when I can think of a word, I'll post it...).
Brief History: Lived in the forest all her life, but then one day "humans" (certain humans) came and started killing her tribe and family. Now (in her human form) she is wondering around looking for the people who killed her tribe and family.
Colour: Dark Blue
