Welcome to Nilda Ettele, the lands of the Human Kingdom.
Nilda was established around four-hundred years ago by an Elder Elf as a front line for the Elf-Human-Dwarven Alliance against the Dark Lord Ithir - hence it's ancient name still being present: Nilda Ettele is elvish for Friendly Lands.
Sadly as time progressed and the threat of the Dark Lord was finished, the Humans strove for the one thing that is often the undoing of many things, including alliances - Power.
After a time of general disturbance, the Humans amassed and ran the other races from the lands, proclaiming it their kingdom and appointing a royal family to reign supreme.
Now, there still resides a royal family within the kingdom, and individuals of suitable bloodline or character rule over smaller duchies. The largest city is the seat of the royal family, and is known as Greatfort.
Within the county of Athear, Syutaka Itsuki came around two-hundred years ago to create his academy. He named it Xanthian's Academy, and proclaimed that all races may attend the area in safety and peace to study. Syutaka and Tsu reside within the Academy, running it and acting as advisors to the Duchess Roline, who rules the realm.
Due to his status, and her past, Syutaka and Tsu have been able to declare Athear neutral territory, and all the races have some respect for this. Athear has become the central point for an alliance between all the races. Syutaka also acts as 'advisor' to the royal family, but in truth it is mainly he who rules the kingdom now, attempting to clear the bad record Humans have attained.

Rules and Guidelines.

If you wish to own a shop or other business within the kingdom, you have my permission. However, please make sure you follow the guidelines and rules.
If you wish to start a village, city, or county within the kingdom, please produce detailed information on it for review by a Crew member. This should at least include an idea of where it is located in association with the county of Athear and the main city of Greatfort.
Do not start wars with other races. If you think there should be a problem with the races, bring your situation to Syutaka and Tsu.
For those who are roleplaying, please note that if you go near Bargaid Mountian, where Ithir resides, he will likely come for you, and you will be either killed, or converted to join his army.
You cannot play a Duke or Duchess without permission. You can play lesser Lords and Ladies, however.
If you wish to roleplay your home, hangout, or business, it is permissable - however, if the thread goes inactive for two months it will be locked and removed. If enough members donate, we are intending on creating an archives forum - when this is attained, inactive threads will be moved there, locked, for one month, after which they will be completely removed. This is to allow time for appeals and such.
Keep yourself active and watch the storyline closely - you will be updated and may be able to participate in the major events.
If you wish to roleplay a parent who wants to send your children to the Academy, contact Syutaka or Tsu for the application form.
