I can make it speed up, but not slow down.

I can make it speed up, too, but the slowing down thing sometimes makes it beat harder to the point where I'm actually shaking tho the beat of my heart. It's trippy. eek

i can make it slow down but i concentrate on my breathing rather than my heart itsself. but i wish i could speed it up. that would be cool.
