Good afternoon everyone. Dreamsiical here, updating everyone on the upcoming event. As you all know, GNB was originally in the Welcome to Gaia Forum. GNBs members decided that moving to this forum would be a move for the best on behalf of GNB. This group has been around since 2003, and in hopes of restoring the GNB to it's former glory, we have taken that move. I, your Events Coordinator, thought it would be nice to throw some sort of party to celebrate GNB, GNB's big move, and what we stand for.
With that said, I have gathered some really great ideas for the party. I thank everyone who contacted me and helped me out. Here's a few shot outs that must be recognized:
Your Sincere Goddess/Sasha - Making the lovely banner for the event.
Rabid Turtle - Helping with the event.
Kylamay - Giving some ideas for the party.
The event will be spread throughout three days. It'll be June 23rd - June 25th. Throughout those days, there will be a non-stop party here in the thread. Along with that, there will be a giveaway. I, along with anyone else who wants to take part in this, will be giving things away randomly. I'm only giving things away to Newbies, however, to get them on their feet. We all know what it's like to come to gaia and look around at all the kool items, but only being able to afford flame clothes or the sort. I might do something else too. And of course everyone is welcome to disperse items at their own likings. Saturday, June 24th, will be the Towns party. It'll be sometime around 5pm - 12am. We still need a house for the party to take place at, so if someone has one, PM me and let me know and I'll edit this post with the necissary changes. ^^;
