WHAT?! You all know I'm such a freaking perv I had to come up with a demented and geeky sexual comment to go with it.
I managed to get my digital camera back up and working (mainly because I could finally get the back panel off to change the batteries, but that's another story), I decided to take a few pictures of my beautiful computer (aptly named Mindicira after a friend's Vampire character. Yet again, another story) and the desktop to go with it, but since I have desktops from all my other computers, I thought why not create a thread and post them up, so others can join me in marvel and post their own great backgrounds on here.
Just one rule though. Post LINKS, not the actual PICTURES. We don't want to kill your bandwidth now do we? wink

Well, since my own digital camera has long since been lost to the recesses of my garage, I had to wrestle my webcam down from atop my moniter to get these.
Yes, I had my webcam tapped to the top of my moniter.

Since me and my mom share this computer (well, not really), the desktop has to be something we both like.
[Compuuter, lololz.]
The stickers were mostly my doing. See where the duck is on the top, left-hand corner? That's where my webcam usually is. The blue and white thing and red thing near the top of the screen are name tags, that card sticking up from the former is the Japanese "DJ Mary" Trainer card, and that wing sticking out on the left is all that's left of the Winged Anklets I made for Halloween (since I went as my avatar).

This is the left side of my desk. The web cam couldn't fit it all in one frame, so I was forced to take two. It's not usually that messy, but I had been burning some CDs earlier and adding songs up my upcomming Playlists. And yes, my Printer/Scanner/Copier/Coffee Maker/Butler/Superhero in the upper left-hand corner IS protected by AAA. xd

And now the right side of my desk. See that white line thing in the very upper right-hand corner? That's the very bottom of my homemade Staff Of The Angels. Again, for Halloween. Yes, that's a Snorlax plushie..
But this scenary's gonna change soon.
We're getting a new computer and this ol' hunk of plastic is going into my room with a pretty, white-washed desk.
I'll take pictures of that as soon as I can. 3nodding

A black monitor is ALL I need to complete my computeh. I envy you Serelia.
I'll grab a more detailed picture of my Printer soon. Heh. I have two so I guess I'll do both. They're both collapsable wink DESKTOP SPACE R00LZ.
Oh, and what's a persocom? O.o

Show you my pixels and access ports!? Sorry, I'm just not that kind of girl.... guy... whichever one I am! Oh, man. I'm confused now... Persocoms - something from Chobits... I think. That's all I know. I think they're some sort of person/computer kind of thingy.... I think... A persocom is a computer from the manga/anime Chobits, they look and act just like human beings. They even have 'laptop' editions. xd
