What else could this be here for but the occasional... er... frequent flood of Turks seeking something a bit more destructive and pleasurable to drown themselves in?

The elevator came to a halt as the steel doors slid open. The bar was bustling, of course at this time it always was. Tifa slid out of the elevator, her hair glistened a bit in the lighting almost as if it was a silk ribbon. She waited outside the elevator for the president to join her.
Tifa was half heartidly expecting him to turn down her invatation, and when he didn't..well her heart skipped a beat. She smiled a bit as she tucked part of her bangs behind her ear, it always bothered her when her hair got in her face, yet she did nothing about it.

The President watched the metallic doors slide open and the girl stepped out. He followed and surveyed the lobby. There were lots of
People
Not that he didn't like people it was just the fact that he was more prone to being alone and staying by himself for some certain reasons. Gazing over to Tifa he watched her slightly and a smile came to his face. As he strood over and headed towards the bar.

Tifa followed Rufus to the bar. Taking a seat she tilted her head slightly resting it in one hand, while her other signaled for the tender.
"Give me a Sake, and the president whatever he chooses as well."
She said softly, relaxing her body on the stool she looked over to Rufus.
What should I say?
She wondered silently to himself.
Its a bit odd, drinking with my boss...heh..
"So..."
Tifa began.
"Im curious as to why you didn't turn me down when I first came to you, wanting to become a Turk, I was Avalanche after all."
The words rolled from her tounge as if she had been dying to ask him that question from the begining.

He took the stool next to the girl and sat down letting out a small sigh. It felt good getting out of his office for once. Giving a nod to the bar tender that sake would be good enough.
"Hmmm?" Rufus glanced at Tifa sideways as he took a drink once the bartender had set his glass down. He thought at the question. "Well what do you think?" Giving a bit of a smirk to her.

Perhaps Rufus ShinRa found her as an important asset to the company, or perhaps it was for another reason unknown, all she could do was smile. Taking a sip of Sake she let its warmth curled in her stomach before pushing some of her brunette hair from her face, and responding.
"Heh...I think I may have a pretty good idea."
She said throwing him a smirk, even though she really didn't.

Rufus nodded. "Then there is your anwser that you were seeking." Taking another drink he set the glass down and let out a sigh.
"Haven't had sake in..." Stopping to think he really could not recall a time were he had, had a nice little break like this.
"Well in other terms, it's good to leave the office for once.."

Ferret made her entrance, the drive had cleared her head. She entered the bar and ordered a beer and sat down. She still was the idiot of Shin-ra, she was good at her job but, that was about it. She still thought no one quite trusted her yet. Most just thought she was wierd, or so she thought. She didn't care right at that point though she looked over and saw Rufus and almost fell out of her chair. She hadn't been expecting that, she always pictured him being too high class for a place like this.
"President...Shin-ra...sir...um...and Tifa"
She got back up and bowed appropriatly, she felt like such and idiot. Almost as much as she did around Reno, that was pretty well known, Reno could get her to do anything, just about because she was so infatuated with him. She sat back down blushing profusly and drank her beer, the faster she got done with it the faster she could leave and bang her head on a wall.

After walking into the bar Rufus took a seat at one of the stool's at the counter and tapped his fingers on the counter already. It wasn't that he was waiting to get a drink, although he very much wanted one. It was just and old habbit of his that he couldn't break.
Watching the Turk sit down he gave him a slight glance. Then looking to the bar tender he pointed to a bottle and gave him a nod. Focusing his attention back to Tseng now.
"I want you to anwser this truthfully." Trying to hush his voice leaning closer to the Turk. "How long do you think this company will last?" His blue eye's scanning the grey eye's of Tseng's hopeing to find the right anwser.

It had been coming. Through the murky and violent waters he had seen the torpedo fired and directed towards all of them, ripping through everything until finally it hit the destined target. Tseng sighed inwardly and relaxed silently into the temporary seat.
How could he answer that? There was faith in him that ShinRa would remain alive. Perhaps because he felt that he put so much work in that there was no way it could die on them all now. But was he fooling himself? Would it all really live to last another year or month or week? Was it all just wishful thinking?
Tseng remained silent and did not respond for a long, long time. Just sitting there and thinking to himself. So many things could save this place, and he knew it. There were so many possibilities left... and yet... were they large enough, strong enough, stable, beneficial to ShinRa and the Planet enough to allow the company to live? Really? Were they?
Are they?
"As long as there's someone that still believes in this place... that's working their asses off to make it all work... slaving away nights and days so that in the future others won't have to...," he said soft and strong. "Well... then I don't see why it shouldn't last for a long... long, long time, Rufus."
He turned to glance at the man sitting beside him. He had become not just his President over the years, but his companion in a way. A friend and a partner, someone to turn to, someone to support and be supported by, no matter in how strange a way they did it. Still, the relationship was there, and it was strong, and it was deep.
"As long as I'm going, you're not going to stop me from keeping this company alive, or from me helping you to help me to do just that. We're pulling through in the end," he said with a soft voice brimming with confidence and an eye for the future. "And I'm making sure that neither you, nor this company falls...
"I told you that a long time ago... remember?"

"Almost too long ago for my mind." Rufus gave him a chuckle and picked up the shot glass in front of himself and drank it straight down setting the glass back down.
"Well at least you and I will keep this place running." Giving a nod. But what in the hell was he really saying? After all he had gone out of his way a few times just to be with Tifa. Waving it off slightly, he thought once more.
"Well I have to say though, maybe ShinRa will stay around. But I don't want it to grow anymore. Besides, the way things have been going...." He began to trail off a bit.
"I knew some of the Turks won't want to be Turks forever though. And I guess I don't really expect them too. Besides I owe a lot to them, you know that? Reno and Rude..." Letting out a nice laugh he shook his head.
"Always keeping me on my toes. And well Elena." Stopping to think. "She will always be a hard worker in my mind." And he left it at that.
"Ferret. I really need to get to know her better, it's a little sad that I don't know her all that well."
"Mirage..." Pausing once again. He didn't know her too well but she got the job done and saved his a** already. "I have yet to thank that women properly. I hope to do that soon before all of this comes to an end."
"Yuna, I don't need to think on this one. She may have jumped the gun too soon. Being a gunner and all, but I think she's doing better every step of the way. Besides, we need someone around here who can smile and try and bring us together like family." Yes that was it, Family. It's what the Turks had been to him for such a long time now.
"Tifa." Was all he said at first. Trying to think what to truly say on this one. "She's helping me out more than just once or twice. I just don't know if I'll be able to give her, what she's looking for. But I'll try." Giving a soft smile.
"And you. Tseng my old friend." Smirking towards the Turk and nudging him softly. "You and I will be running this place till the day we die. I can't imagine this place with out you. It would be like spiderwebs with out the spiders." Laughing at his own lame joke. "Together for better or for worse!" Rufus said as he picked up his newly filled shot glass giving Tseng a toast.

Tseng smiled and softly responded to the toast, lifting the glass of some foreign concoction that he'd ordered and had yet to touch. He toasted the blonde beside him and for once his smile seemed to reach his unclouded grey eyes as well. He paused for a moment and then downed the shot glass silently, putting the empty glass back on the counter top afterwards.
"So," he began, eyes watching the way his fingers curled around the small glass. "Are you going to fill me in so I can drive away the fallen angel and save your worthy a** once more?" He smiled once again, turning eventually to glare playfully at Rufus.

After the toast, Rufus slid the glass back over the counter and laughed a bit. It was true though wasn't it? Tseng did a lot of dirty work just to help the President. But Rufus tried to always break even with him and help him in return. More of the you scratch my back and I'll scratch your's. But in this term it was like, you save my a** and I'll do the paper work. (( xD ))
Raising an eyebrow to Tseng he let out a low chuckle. "Tseng my friend, you and I need to get out more often." Shaking his head he took this a little more serious. "Well, the decoy's should go out now..." After realizing he dragged Tseng with him so he could b***h and whine about his issues and life story. "Doesn't matter where they are taken, just get them the hell somewhere and leave them there. And everyone get's their a**'s back her ASAP and we call Yuna and tell her where she can move. Oh..." Pausing and taking the shot glass back into his hand.
"I'll need something in those decoy's that'll track the two of them." Tilting his head back and taking the drink.

Tseng could only nod solemnly at that pronouncement. He rather agreed that the pair of them needed to go out often, if not take a break every year or so.
"Three," he said automatically, but did not let the blonde's inevitable look stop him. "And that's been taken care of by myself personally," he finished with a slight smile as he lightly downed another shot.
