Isn't it wonderful?
*sighs* Ah, the great Nintendo Entertainment System, where Mario, Pac-Man, and the rest of the bunch called our first true home within your home. Those 8-bits gave people like you hours of joy, back in the day. Hopefully they still do. If you still play this console, be proud, as you are a symbol of ressurection from The Crash of '84, a symbol of the rebirth of gaming, a symbol of appreciation for innovation and nostalgia. And if you don't *shrugs* then I hope this party can persuade you otherwise.
After Link's speech, you snap out of the quirky gaze you've been giving him. You take one foot in the door and then whip it back out. Slowly and curiously you place your hand in the flat room... 'Pixels? This is impossible!' you think to yourself. But little do you realize it isn't impossible; it's Nintendo. After a few sessions of 'Hokey-Pokey,' you decide that your physical state will return after the party, and finally you walk in...
And a Lakutu brother appears! He asks you if you want side-scroll mode or overhead mode... But it really doesn't matter, as the room is the same either way. There's food at the right on that
white rectangle table. We've got cherries, bananas, enemy bait, mushrooms, waters of life, and several other famous game foods just sitting there for the taking (and you better get there quick, as Kirby and Pac-Man are veeery hungry). On the left, you'll find Mega-Man hanging out with Luigi, watching as Samus blasts some falling Tetris blocks, trying to miss the harmless ducks as a brown dog laughs at her.
Straight ahead you see a few
question blocks... You try to approach them, when suddenly pixelated Miyamoto, Koji Kondo, and Mario pop out!
"Sorry, but these are reserved for those who prove worthy... Welcome to the party, and go have fun!"
