Tell the mods, so this person might be invited.
Mods, this means you consider these people as potential members, and if you like them, send them invites. I hope I'm not overstepping my authority as a mere editor and Resident Grammar Nazi by telling the guild mods what to do, but whatever.

I agree. But it depends cause there are good editors out there, who dont post very often and when they do, its usualy bumps etc. But hey, thats just my personal preferance...

Great idea for a thread, Lucca!
I agree tho, your wording is a bit brash and compassionless. But I'll let you off this time. Just try to be nicer if you think you're being overbearing.
I'll give the User a look tho. Like Dragon almost aluded to, they might not want to be in the guild.
Is it not logical to think people who make their way here on their own are more likely to be active? 3nodding

I have a problem with that - I can't generally figure nicer ways to put things. Meanwhile, I agree that if someone sees the guild and is an editor who wishes to join, that someone will probably apply. I mainly got this idea because hey, let's face it, not everyone will notice we're here.

If you see a good editor, perhaps it might be better if you PM them and say something like "There's a guild for talented Avatar editors, I like your work, I think you should join!" or something. Makes it more friendly and less imposing.
When you Invite someone to join a guild, they'd be more likely to join, even if they didn't really want to. While if it's up to them to check us out at their own free will, those who aren't bothered won't bother.
Hope you understand my sprawling explanation ^^;

Membership Membership will be reserved for those who create avatar edits or help maintain this guild. Since its a public guild, ya'll dont have to become members to post, view, ask question about how to do edits, or order from any Shops or Avvy Editors here in. ^_^;;
So says the Guild Homepage. Check it out sometime, it holds lots of useful info like that.
